Need help with color or design? Susan is available to consult in person (locally) or by phone/email using photos. Consultation fees are $75 an hour but will be applied to the cost of a floorcloth when ordered.
Samples/Swatches
If you would like to get a better idea of the look and feel of a finished floorcloth, order a free sample/swatch! Just call Susan at 802-785-4248 and ask her to send you one!
Pricing
Prices are based on square footage and vary according to the design you select. To calculate a price simply measure for the desired length and width, multiply the two to establish the square footage, then multiply by the price per foot of your favorite design. Custom designed rugs are priced individually according to the complexity of the design and size.
Custom Colors
Folk Floors can produce any of the standard rug designs using your choice of colors (based on the number in original design). Add an additional $5.00 per square foot.
Shipping and Handling
The smaller mats will be shipped flat in a box. Larger mats, runners and floorcloths will be shipped rolled and protected in a box or tube. All items are insured.
Please allow one week for shipping. Folk Floors uses the U.S. Postal Service or United Parcel Service ground.

In case of damage during shipping, please notify us immediately. For the purposes of filing an insurance claim, be sure to save all of the packing materials in which your floorcloth was shipped.
